The way to access Support services for your Classic Helpdesk and LANDesk Service Desk/ITBM (previously Touchpaper) products has now changed. This move consolidates our worldwide systems into one location improving the overall support experience.

The Support Portal can be accessed at: http://community.landesk.com/portal.

We will be maintaining the existing portal without access to create new Incidents. You can still view and update your existing incidents on this site.

Details of the new Support Portal

The Support Portal is integrated with the LANDesk Technical Community website, the primary source of technical information to help you get the most out of your LANDesk products. Most of the information on the Community is publicly available, but to participate in the forums and use the Support Portal you must register for an account. You can access the registration page at: http://community.landesk.com/support/create-account.jspa.

If you register for your community account using the email address we have on record in our system, your account will automatically be configured for Support Portal access. This activation process can take as long as 10 minutes after you register for a new community account.  For additional information on how to navigate and use the Support Portal, please see the User Guide at: http://community.landesk.com/support/docs/DOC-5688.

If for some reason our system is unable to match your new community account to our existing records, we will need to activate your account manually. If you cannot access the Support Portal 10 minutes after you register for your community account, please send an email to community.admin@landesk.com with your contact information:

  • Your name
  • Your community.landesk.com username
  • The name of your company or organization
  • Your phone number

Please allow a few hours for us to activate your account. If you have an urgent issue please contact your local Technical Support Department.
